Download High Speed Access software . Install the fast dial software.  get it here. Note: Only Windows computers can use the fastdial software. After you have installed the software, it will ask for the username and password that you created on the sign on page click here for help setting up the fastdial software  Step 1. The username will be of the form: username.tcs@4fastdial.com Substitute "username" with the account name you create for yourself, The fastdial software runs in the background and you will dial-up as you normally do. 3. Choose a High Speed Dialup access number.
